My background as an experienced coach and competitive athlete lead me to 7 consecutive appearances at the CrossFit Games, finishing top 10 in the world in 2015, as well as a finalist on the Rock’s NBC Titan Games and a contestant on America Ninja Warrior.

I then turned that same focus and discipline towards another passion becoming an accomplished winemaker. My wine G.O.A.T., Greatest Of All Time, earned the Purity Award from Clean Label Project showcasing a clean wine that you can wine down with after putting in the hard work.

Blending my love for fitness and wine organically evolved into my lifestyle brand Work Hard Wine Down. Our mantra is Earn Your Grapes and Celebrate Your Successes Everyday.
